The hotel is conveniently located in the town center, making it very easy to explore the area. It is just a short walk away from the train station, providing easy access to nearby Graz and Slovenia. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for families. the breakfast offered at the hotel is extensive, with a variety of options including meats, cheeses, fruits, cereals, and more. Guests can enjoy their meal in the serene garden or the cozy breakfast room.
One aspect that could be improved is the communication between the staff and guests. While the owner is attentive and accommodating, there seemed to be a language barrier at the reception.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and flat-screen TVs. the recently added air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the hot weather. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the train station, making it convenient for exploring nearby Graz and Slovenia. And let's not forget about the delicious meals served both at lunchtime and in the evening.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. there was a communication issue during check-in regarding the extra bed charges.

Great location in the heart of the town. Pleasant garden area where breakfast can be enjoyed. Comfortable bedding.
The hotel felt dated and lacked character. Soundproofing was poor, the bells of a nearby church kept me up all night.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a nice position in the center of a small town. The best aspects were the cleanliness, big rooms, and centralized location very close to the city center. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious and satisfying.
Nothing negative to say, everything was wonderful.
